	Occasionally, we need to put a line-item on a Quote or Order that is not a piece of inventory. Examples are: specialty item we'll never carry, ~~fuel charge, L&D~~, etc... 	* Start/End Date can be left alone. Do NOT Create an item for each day.

	* Enter the Price for this line-item.
	* Leave Sub-Contract service alone.
