= Cancel a Quote =
* Navigate to the Opportunity
* If we lost the order to someone else, click '''Mark as Lost''' link on right-hand column.
* If the quote goes away for another reason (too expensive, tire kicker, etc...) , click '''Mark as Dead''' link on right-hand column.

= Cancel an Order =
For an active order that goes away, the process is similar:
* Navigate to the Opportunity
