If an opportunity goes away and is never booked, we need to make it inactive in the system.

For an opportunity at the Quoting stage, we use on of 2 options under the Actions section on the right.

* Mark as Lost – When we lose to someone else
* Mark as dead – When the opportunity just goes away.

When an opportunity is closed, it is removed from the Active Opportunities screen.
