For a new hire at JML, we have a number of documents that must be signed before they begin work.

=First Call=

* Begin by calling them and confirming the dates they are to begin work, the times, and their rate of pay.
* Ask them if they have at least 10 minutes to talk about the details of the position and gather some info.
* Send them either the New Hire - Full Time, or the New Hire - Part Time email and fill in all of the placeholders.
* Ask them if they are able to complete the required podcast and video before beginning work.
