Receiving
There is a Trelo List called Shipping under the Purchase Board. This Trelo List contains the Tracking numbers for packages headed our way. There should be a card with tracking number for each shipment being sent. once a package is received at the shop, the card can be deleted.
Neighbour Cross-Reference
When the shop is closed, we have a sign that says to deliver to either Clayton Digital (in A-2) or AMC (in E-2). Here is a cross reference of who is where.
| Name | Company |
|---|---|
| ECALAHAN | Example |
| CPRINTER | Example |
| RELLIS | AMC |
| JPADGETT | Example |

Shipping
If we need to ship something, we prefer to use FedEx as we have an account with them. To ship Fedex:
- box the item
- Measure the size of the box
- weigh the box
- Send the measurement, weight, shipping address & recipient's phone number to Benoit
- Benoit will generate a shipping label and email it back to you.
- Print the shipping label.
- Tape label to the box with clear tape/jLar
- Drop off at FedEx location & get receipt.
