An organization represents either a customer or a vendor. These are the entities that pay us (customers) or that we pay for services (vendor).
Some organizations can be both vendors and customers.
Because we do a large amount of business with SCAD students, we classify customers are either Students or Commercial customers and there is slightly different paperwork requirements for each category.

Creating a new Organization
- Under People & Organization, select Create Organization Button.
- Specify Name of Organization. If it's a SCAD Student, append -SCAD to the name.
- Put in the correct Tag: student, commercial, vendor or film
- Specify the email address of the primary person we will be interfacing with
- Specify a phone number
- Once the JotForm comes in, make sure to update with the Address.
- Set Price Category: Student if it's a student project, Film is it's a feature, blank otherwise.
