Stand-By Tasks

• Put Empty Milkcrates away on top of shelf
• Clean Bathrooms
• Clean kitchen
• Take out trash
• Re-stack Sandbags by weight
• Match Barndoors and scrim bags to lights
• Re-stock expendables
• Check Mail
• Put loose apple boxes away

Generating Labels

We use a Zebra GK420t Thermal Transfer Printer. Our main label is a 2" Wide x 1" High Label.

We use the Zebra Designer 3 Software to print the labels. It can print sequentially numbered labels.

• Open the Design Tag 1x2 H
• Select the Barcode
• Under "Advanced Properties...", make sure Limit Length is set to 6 (for 4 digit labels) or 8 (for 6 digit labels)
• Set the Initial Value to be the "next label #" from the Sequential Asset Label Record
• Set the number of Labels to print (should be a good number)
• Select Print
• Make sure "DARKNESS" is set to 25
