Special AS-USED Container

The 1-Ton Sprinter package contains a crate with a set number of expendable items that are billed As-Used. If customer uses it and opens the bag, then they are charged for it on return.

These are special types of "AS-USED" containers. One the Quote/Order, the content of the crate is listed (but an As-Used marker) and the cost is displayed (so client knows what they are charged), but it is not part of the rental invoice, since it has not been used.

To create a Product which is an "AS-USED" container, do the following:

• Create the Container Product as a SALE item (with $0 cost).
• Container should be inventory NONE
• In the "info" section, there is a "As-Used Container" checkbox. Check it

One the container is created:

• Add the as-used items as Accessories with the following: On "SALE", "SELL" item as "Default" Accessory.
