Cancel an Opportunity

If we don't get a job we quoted (or an order is canceled), we need to update the opportunity in current.

Cancel a Quote

• Navigate to the Opportunity
• If we lost the order to someone else, click Mark as Lost link on right-hand column.
• If the quote goes away for another reason (too expensive, tire kicker, etc...) , click Mark as Dead link on right-hand column.

Cancel an Order

For an active order that goes away, the process is similar:

• Navigate to the Opportunity
• click Cancel Opportunity link on right-hand column.
