Closing Opportunity

Closing (Loosing) Opportunity

If an opportunity goes away and is never booked, we need to make it inactive in the system.

For an opportunity at the Quoting stage, we use on of 2 options under the Actions section on the right.

• Mark as Lost – When we lose to someone else
• Mark as dead – When the opportunity just goes away.

When an opportunity is closed, it is removed from the Active Opportunities screen.
