Jem Ball

The Jem Ball is a lantern style fixture that different lights can fit inside. Using the standard jem ball fixture you can insert a bulb up to 1k for the 22” Jem Ball and up to 2k for the 30” Jem Ball. You can also use the joker attachment to put a Joker 400 or 800 inside.

Uses

The Jem Ball is used as an area light and can be either used to bring up the ambiance in the room or to light people sitting around a table or standing in a circle.

Accessories

• Skirt to block light from hitting the walls
• Various diffusion’s, full grid, bleached, and unbleached Muslin.

Troubleshooting

If you are using the tungsten version, just check to make sure the wiring is all connected.

For HMI, try connecting directly to the ballast, swapping the head feeder, checking all connections.

Substitutions

The chimera brand version of this light is a 30” or 20” lantern. It has full chimera white built-in, no removable faces.
